How to Get Xvm to Display Solid Blue Light
#1 Posted Sep 06 2017 - 19:36
I finally broke a 52% win rate. My current win rate is 52.02%. I thought that because XVM is rounded that once I made it over the 52% win rate threshold my in game win rate would turn from yellow to green. I have seen green 52% win rates in the game but mine is still yellow. Do I need to make it to 52.50% win rate to have it turn green? That would suck hard as it took me tens of thousands of games to grind it up from 51.50%.

The scale that most people use, the one from wotlabs, and the one you see in everyone's signatures, is light green starting at 50.0% and dark green starting at 52.0%. However, the scale that comes with vanilla XVM is different, and that seems to be what you're using. I can't recall it's colors vs Win Rate milestones. It's also the case that it sometimes just takes a day or two to update.

It changes when you get GOOD. It goes by your WIN8 rating not your win rate %.
On WOT labs it shows you as green so should update soon in game.
I should be at a blue level but in game still shows me at yellow so who knows what is going on or when it will change.

That's the wotlabs scale, not the vanilla XVM scale

This is actually something to worry about?

The default xvm scale has its next threshold set at 52.5%. See your colors.xc. It's different from the standard WN8 scale.
However, WotLabs does provide its own colors.xc. Direct link here: http://wotlabs.net/files/colors.xc

53% is green so you need to get your overall to 52.51%

^^^ This although I prefer the vanilla to xvm these days. There is enough of more useful mods incorporated in the vanilla client that mods are no longer needed (I.M.O.). Although I have noticed a sharp rise in the number of arties focusing me recently... My camo seems to be fading

Update your XVM to use the 10 color WOT Labs scale. Light green is 50%, Dark Green is 52%. Also if you look at the WOT Labs signature, you can see "Recent" instead of overall, which is far more relevant...... I don't care what your skill was 2 years and 12k battles ago. I want to know how you did over the last month....
